Destination Special Collections: Mildred Zichner Photography

In the first photograph to the left, Mildred Zichner is hidden behind her camera, with her travel guide standing behind her. This photograph is a wonderful representation of her life spent traveling the world with her husband Walter, and taking about 40,000 pictures along the way. Mildred’s photographs document their travels from the 1960s through 1991, the year Walter died.
